[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is so comfortable! Gives enough support while still being so soft. I've been sleeping on it every night for the past couple of months and so far have not had any neck or back pain when I wake up like I used to.

It basically gets so flattened where my head lays and provides no neck support. I end up waking up with awful shoulder and neck pain and is terrible if you are a side sleeper especially. We have tempur-pedic mattresses as well which we enjoy but these pillows are very disappointing.

The last tempur pillow I bought about 4 years back was perfect, It was soft and melted nicely but also held up well to support my neck and cervical spine. I would say if you do not have any issues that would prevent you from having a soft pillow this is the one to get.

I have tried ALL of the best made pillows on the market and this pillow by far is the best I have ever had. I have arthritis in my neck and this PILLOW is like heaven ! It supports my neck and is not hard or soft, just PERFECT! I will be buying more in the future for my husband and family. The best pillow I have ever owed!

We have sleet on a Tempurpedic for over 10 years so, I knew the quality was good. I read several reviews from different pillows, manufactures and ultimately decided that the cloud pillow was what I was looking for. Ordering was easy and shipping was quick! Since getting the pillows about a month ago, I have not woken up with a headache or neck pain. I love the TEMPUR-Cloud Pillow and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, quality pillow.

After neck fusion surgery, a good night sleep was difficult. I had for a long time, before surgery, been sleeping on a firm Tempur-Pedic mattress. Then, I ordered a soft mattress topper. It came with a complimentary Tempur-cloud pillow. Now I sleep comfortably all night long. I very much like the two products. The pillow is closer to perfect than any pillow I have ever used ... and I have tried a lot of them.

These are my favorite pillows I've ever used. I'd been having neck pain and decided to try the cloud pillows out. I have had wonderful sleep since I've been using them and will never go without again! Neck pain and headaches have been significantly reduced.
