[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After getting the Cloud pillow, I've been able to sleep, which is a HUGE deal for me as I have severe neck & facial pain due to having advanced TMJ issues (I'm actually scheduled for jaw surgery in early 2023). Other pillows (I have 19!) were too high, too hard, too soft, too - you name it - and I'd always have pain in the morning. But not with the Cloud pillow. It's just the right height and firmness I need and I don't have any pain in the morning! Thank you, TempurPedic, for making this pillow and for the great sleep I'm finally able to have.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Extremely comfortable to sleep on. The head is feeling perfect and very healthy. The shape of the pillow is adjustable each time you change of the position of the head. Great rest and perfect sleeping throughout the night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sharing my personal experience. It's a good quality pillow but quite high for my neck. Sometimes I wake up with strained neck in the morning mainly because it is not aligned with my backbone. I can feel that my head is kinda hanging in the air when I rest on my back. Other way of explaining it is that my shoulders & almost a quarter of the back do not touch the mattress when I'm on my back. That should not be the case. It works fine when I'm laying on my side though. I think if Tempurpedic makes some low height pillows, it'll be very useful for many customers.

I bought two Tempur-Cloud pillows as part of a bundle with a purchase of a Tempur-Pedic pillow. I intended it to be an extra pillow used on occasion. Even though I've had many Tempur-Pedic pillows in the past, the one I purchased this time was uncomfortable. I tried the Tempur-Cloud pillow as a substitute. It is now my regular sleeping pillow. I like that the Tempur-Cloud firmness is softer - still supportive, but squishier than the too-firm Tempur-Pedic. In a perfect world, I'd love a pillow made of the same materials as a Tempur-Cloud (with the squishy soft texture) but in the curved profile like a Tempur-Pedic pillow. That would be awesome!

This cloud pillow has taken care of that by being the perfect height, and the right amount of softness. No more neck pain!

I had just had shoulder surgery and suffered from sharp pain during my recovery period. I could not sleep on my right side and spent many a sleepless night tossing and turning, looking at the clock just inch forward in time. When I put the topper on and added my new pillow, I was dubious, thinking I might not adjust, or if I did, it would be a long adjustment period.
