[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally after years of waking up with a kink in my neck or stiff shoulders I found a pillow that truly supports my head and neck when I sleep. I haven't had any pain since using this pillow. Only regret not buying two!

The people are the most kind and helpful. I made a mistake with part of an order. To my pleasant surprise they corrected it for me and made my life so much easier. Life has not been easy for this old lady and the help and kindness of your people have so improved my life. I can't thank you enough. Anyone I meet looking to buy a new bed I recommend your beds to them for the rest of my life.

I got this wonderful pillow and honest...I have not had neck pain since and I am amazed when I wake up and think...wow...I slept all night and didn't wake up once. Best pillow ever. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always had neck and back problems growing up and these pillows along with the Tempurpedic Hybrid Mattress fixed them all. It took a while but I could feel my body healing with every night of quality sleep. I have always been a side sleeper, which led to my problems. This combo was so comfortable I am now sometimes able to sleep on my back greatly helping my issue. I ended up buying these pillow for all of my cousins this past Christmas. It's safe to say I'm the best Santa ever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased two of these pillows when they had their bogo event for their Black Friday deal, so for every pillow I bought, they gave me one for free. I gave my mom, dad, my partner's mom and step dad each a pillow for Christmas and all four of them are in love with it. All say their sleep has improved and they have significantly less neck pain. I would call that a grand slam. If you are on the fence, let this review convince you that it's worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I expected this pillow to be low loft and very soft, but instead it was quite high and fairly firm. I am 5'4" and need a pillow that won't strain my neck. I gave it to my husband who is 6' 3" and it worked better for him.

I am a side sleeper so this was a major change and a huge disruption to my sleep comfort. The pillows I had were awful for the situation so I bought the TEMPUR-Cloud and I couldn't be happier. They keep their shape and provide support whether I'm sleeping in my back or now back to sleeping on my side.

There are no patches where foam feels bunched or not filled in enough which is a major problem I have with other foam pillows. The shape holds. However I do wish there were options for different heights though. I have to switch pillows every few nights to decrease neck pain. One of the other ones I use is an older tempupedic pillow called the Essential support, I believe. This one is like a brick really, but seems to be the only pillow I can always rely on. However, it is slightly too short as well.
