[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is super comfortable. It is firm enough it doesn't go flat but not so full that it puta a crick in your neck. We bought the Tempur Breeze before and that one was a little to thick to sleep comfortably on it, but this one is just right :-)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Started using this pillow in hopes it would help with my neck pain and it worked! I love it. Keeps it shape and aligns my neck nicely. It does have a strong factory smell initially so make sure and "air it out" a couple days when it arrives.

The only thing I can say that needs improvement would be the thickness of the pillow. It would be nice if the pillow is thicker. I bought two and have to use both for support when I am laying on the pillow watching tv.

I have had neck surgery and am very picky about what pillow I use. After sleeping on this for a week I ended up buying two more to give as gifts to my kids. This is surprisingly comfortable and gives great support for side and stomach sleeping.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly I'n the beginning it wasn't all that great it felt not as soft and comfortable as I thought it was gonna be but after using it everyday it started to get more soft and comfortable it just takes a while for it to really feel comfortable well at least for me Now for the heat part the pillow is a hot pillow it would of been nice if it was a cooling pillow but it's not so if you don't sleep with a fan hitting you or your room is to hot I don't recommend unless you don't mind and get use to it like me

It still does a great job of supporting my neck and head. I have a lot of head and neck damage from a fall off a horse, so removing pressure points is essential. This pillow does that.

By The time you lay on it for a while, it really is flat. It was too flat for my husband to lay his head on so he uses it between his legs. I am a side sleeper so I need just a little more support. It's not far from being right, just a little too flat. The quality is good, so I will recommend it if this is what you want

I really like how it contours around your head but doesn't bottom out like other pillows I have used. It's excellent for sleeping in your back but isn't quite thick enough for side sleeping. Overall, I think it's a great pillow and will eventually buy the king size.
