I could only sleep on it for two nights. It was generally uncomfortable (tossed and turned all night) and my hips got seriously out of whack by the second day. Was very disappointed to find that I could not return it. I got it to help with shoulder pain (I'm a side sleeper), but now I've just gone back to lying done with an extra pillow under my shoulder.

I've waited for years to buy nice pillows for me and my family. I finally did and used one of the four for one night. So uncomfortable and it squished down to almost nothing. Returns aren't allowed unless the product is damaged during shipping. Very unhappy.

I ordered the cloud pillows to have a more traditional shaped pillow than our neck pillows. They work great, and my neck hasn't suffered at all! Very nice pillows at a great price.

This one is outstanding. It is soft but supportive. I am not waking up with pain in my neck and head anymore. It's great for me, a combo sleeper.

I have had an old tempur-pedic contour pillow for years. All other pillows I have tried do not measure up to my old tempur-pedic pillow. The dream pillow came with the mattress topper and it surpasses my old pillow. It has just the right amount of firmness and my head does not sink into it. It is very comfortable whether I sleep on my side or back. It has excellent support. I finally found a replacement for my old pillow....the dream pillow. Thank you.

The warranty process was pretty easy to navigate and I am receiving replacements. As a side sleeper with bigger frame who tends to heat up at night this was an improvement over my standard faux down pillow. I will likely order a thicker pillow next time with cooling gel. A few Notes: in the warranty requests, they ask for pictures of "pillow law tags" - this law of not removing tags only applies to pillow sellers - consumers have the right to remove the tags. I told Tempur-Pedic this when they asked for the pics, and was not asked for those pics again. I came away feeling they use that request as a way to cancel unsuspecting consumers warranty claim. I was given credits to repurchase 2 items, which was great! I would have liked to been able to combine those credits towards one any item, rather than the limits they place. It would be nice to let their customers use the credits any way they prefer, for the inconvenience factor alone. All in all it's a great product, especially at 2/1 sales when you can find them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After going over several reviews and videos on the product I decided to purchase the sale bundle. The quality for the price can't be beat, first night using them I was able to get a full nights rest and did not wake up with annoying neck/shoulder pain. As mentioned in reviews and videos this pillow is not ideal for side sleepers. I tend to move around a lot at night and when I find myself side sleeping the pillow does not feel as comfortable. Other than that instance the pillow purchase has been great!

This pillow is very soft and plush. Somewhat of a snuggle pillow or something you have for decoration. It does not, in my opinion give proper shoulder and neck support. I can not sleep on this pillow on its own as it sinks in and becomes flat once you lay your head on it.

Bought this hoping it would give me support for my neck and it has no support and once you sink into it its almost flat with the bed. Neck bothering me even more and waking up with headaches. Dont sleep well at all. Very disapppointed as we have a mattress and love it!!! Terrible pillow! Definitely not worth the money!!!!!

I was delighted when I visited my sister who had just purchased a new tempur mattress and added the pillows as well. I have the mattress and love it so I knew it would be amazing, I didn't expect to fall in love with the pillow and wake up without a sore neck. I have actually returned a pillow to my chiropractors office that came highly recommended by all who used it! Having discovered this pillow is very special to me saying I'm thrilled with the purchase hardly seems sufficient!
