[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've bought just about every pillow out there looking for the perfect one. This temperpedic pillow comes close for me. This pillow helps relieve the pain in my shoulders. I would recommend it to anyone to give it a try.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried quite a few pillows in my life and this pillow is by far my favorite. I can't get a good nights sleep unless I have this pillow. I'm a big guy so I like to use two of them stacked together and it's perfect. Perfect head and neck support and they always keep my head nice and cool.

If you bought this pillow in the past, I just want to make sure you know this before you buy another. I first purchased these Tempur-cloud pillows in the fall of 2017. They were fabulous and greatly helped with my medical issues. 6 years later I decided to refresh them. I purchased the Tempur-cloud pillows again in the fall of 2023. I purchased what I thought was the same thing, it has the same name and the reviews from 2017 are still listed. However, when I got them, they definitely are NOT the same pillow as before. They are not as supportive or pressure relieving and they go flat in less than thirty minute. I called customer service and I was told that the pillow has "evolved" as the material did and that it "is not the same comfort level as those from 2017." Imagine my Disappointment! I know they are non-returnable, but they definitely were not what I was expecting or purchased before. Now I have pillows I can not use and have wasted money. So, if you are a repeat buyer, I would highly suggest calling customer service BEFORE you buy to make sure it's the exact same "tempurpedic formula" as the ones you bought before. I feel if they "evolved" the pillow, they should've at least changed the name or put a disclaimer somewhere. If you have never owned this pillow, and don't have problems with extra sensitivity on your head, you will probably really enjoy it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Comfy and well made. I also have a mattress with a base, and two pillows by them. My mattress is 6 years old and still in incredible condition. I got this for my mom because her bed she bought one year ago, is sagging horribly and uncomfortable. Tempurpedic is my favorite mattress/ pillow brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always thought that this company was too expensive and that its products can be easily recreated from smaller business. In fact, I was wrong. I was able to snag this pillow on labor day for 2-4-1 Deal. Which I replaced my 2 main pillows I use every night. On the first night, It felt heavenly, I slept like a king, and I still do till this day. The Cloud pillow is by far their best products. I have their Cooling one, and its great, but the Cloud is literally a cloud. This was absolutely the pillow I needed. Best part about it, its lightweight, soft, and you can fold it and take it on your small travels. I'm glad to be wrong.

My head and my neck felt very supported and cradled in a amazing way. I suffer from pretty serious scoliosis and the support of the pillow with the tempur mattress pad was super comfortable because it cradled and supported my neck and back so well that I have been having the best nights sleep in a long time.

No matter what pillow I end up with I still wake up neck pain and often times migraines. I have had this pillow for a month and it has changed my life! I have woken with no neck pain and so far no morning migraines. I highly recommended this pillow.
