[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, you have to wait until your head "sinks-in" before the pillow is comfortable. (And it might require adjustment with another wait!) This is a natural behavior for the type of foam from which they are constructed.

To put into words how amazing this pillow feels would take more characters than I think are allotted for a review. This pillow is the perfect pillow. It's like a Tempur Cloud mattress for my head. It takes a few seconds to cradle my head perfectly and then I'm sleeping like a baby. The combination of this pillow with my Tempur Cloud Supreme mattress is the perfect combination for amazing sleep. I would highly recommend this pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been searching for the perfect pillow, and this is it. Soft but with subtle support, perfect for keeping your neck in the ideal position. I have never slept so well as I have since I got this pillow.

I have ordered the same type of pillows in the past and was very satisfied and this time is no different. I did notice that these pillows are not as puffy and a little hard. After sleeping on it for 2 weeks they puff up nicely and become comfortably soft. The experience is a good night's sleep and I feel well rested in the morning. The only problem this time was getting rid of the gas-off odor in the pillows. I went to the Tempurpedic website to get information on how to get rid of the gas-off odor in the pillows, and the information was very helpful. I tried the methods, along with fabric freshener spray and it took a few weeks to get rid of the odor, then the pillows were great.

We'd end up with sore necks and shoulders, wake up several times to readjust pillows and what not. I decided that we were going to get a couple of GOOD pillows and see if it really would help. BOY! Did it ever. My husband still uses a couple of pillows to lay in bed and read but when the light goes out the only pillows on our bed are the Tempur-Cloud pillows! Thanks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is absolutely great. Whether I sleep sideways, on my stomach, or on my back, it is comfortable and it takes me no time to fall asleep. It is a little on the firmer side, though- I'd get a softer one next time.

I was always stacking and flushing my pillows, and spent tons of money on fancy pillows that would basically deflate. My husband and are a really happy with these and so far seem to have helped is neck problems as well.

I think the pillow is good quality. The pillow is soft on the head and ears, but it is a thick or large pillow (sits up high), and I have had consistent neck pain using for the first month I have had it. I sleep mostly on my side, so it may not be ideal for a side sleeper. I would also say that the smell of the material hasn't gone away after one month. So I'm not a huge fan, though I can see where it may be fabulous for others.
