[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got rid of old Tempur pillow because I started having my shoulder pain when I wake up. Since I started sleeping with new Tempur cloud pillow, I have no longer shoulder pain when I woke up daily. I sleep good with this pillow, and I like it so far. I can say that made very quality.

I'm a side sleeper who wakes up on her back, and I needed a new pillow because my old down pillow did not offer enough support, and more often than not, I'd wake up with a "crick" in my neck and tense shoulders. This pillow has more than delivered-not only do I sleep soundly, but even when I switch sides, I have no pain when I wake up. It has a perfect balance of soft and supportive. Highly recommended!

We also bought at the same time the Essential Support Pillow and we do not like this pillow either. Both pillows are like rectangle slabs and not comfortable at all. We were trying to replace an older Tempur-pedic pillow that was much more flexible and behaved somewhat like a feather pillow in how it would adjust to your neck and head. Apparently Tempur-pedic doesn't sell this model anymore.

I don't even want to think of the money I've wasted through the years buying inferior pillows. Since purchasing two of these pillows my neck and back pain are a thing of the past and I've been getting a solid, refreshing night sleep every night. I even take them when I travel. I refuse to sleep without them and I will never purchase a pillow from another company.

I can have these in pillowcases on top of my bed without it looking lumpy or messy. They offer an aesthetically appealing appearance with all of the benefits of other ergonomic pillows. I have had significantly less headaches and neck pain since purchasing these pillows.

I know I know the price was very high but honestly after only one night we both were able to have no neck pain. Totally worth the money! We have been using them for about 6 months and they have not lost their shape or firmness! Love them!
