I did not like the support it gave, but my son loved it. There was no return policy, so I gave it to him. Next time I go to the store to find my Tempur pillow.

Which is what my previous pillow was doing so it caused me more neckpain :( its too much to ship back so I am really sad and disappointed.

I felt like my neck wasn't in great alignment and needed something just a little bit thicker. They are also very heavy as compared to other pillows. They are fine but I'm not going to be replacing all other bed pillows in our home with these anytime soon.

Not anymore. Wake up feeling refreshed. The pillow is heavenly! Also, the mattress is not hot, the cooling effects work great!

It's listed under firm but the description says the feel is soft so I was hesitant to order online. I took a gamble and was very pleased. The pillow is very dense, heavy and firm. The outer layer is soft and giving yet the pillow offers the support you expect with a firm one. There was a slight foam odor the first night that quickly dissipated. Very pleased.

I was so hopeful that this would be THE pillow. I had tried my daughter's Tempur-Pedic pillow while visiting and loved it. Unfortunately, she could not recall which one it was. I have neck and migraine issues and the Cloud is too thick. It puts my head and neck in an uncomfortable position creating strain on my neck.

I decided to buy the tempur cloud pillows for me and my husband based on the reviews I read. After a couple of days of using the pillow I could already notice the difference. Although the pain is not completely gone, due to other factors affecting my health, I can honestly say that it has improved tremendously thanks to the tempur pillow.
