[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had these pillows less than two months and the pillow cover is already coming apart and the quality of foam used is horrible. They offer very little support and you would think if you're paying over a hundred dollars for a pillow it would be of some decent quality.

The last tempur pillow I bought about 4 years back was perfect, It was soft and melted nicely but also held up well to support my neck and cervical spine. I would say if you do not have any issues that would prevent you from having a soft pillow this is the one to get.

Ordered on the BOGO special & to my surprise it was a standard size pillow! It was my fault clearly, I didn't note the description (size). So i thought I'd return it to learn that Tempur-Pedic doesn't accept returns on pillows. I partially understand that for sanitary reasons, but in this case, I never slept on the pillows- and with that said, how do you know they will work for you unless you lay your head on them? All that said, since I was stuck with it, I slept on them and they actually feel great. Just the right amount of firmness, but not too firm. The only problem is I still need a set of King pillows, and I'm very hesitant to order from Tempur-Pedic due to the return policy. So I'll likely look elsewhere.

This is the first pillow I've bought in 15 years that my husband is happy with. He is a side/stomach sleeper wearing a CPAP. I'm glad I bought two because I love it too!!! I'm a side/back sleeper and wear earplugs. This pillow is soft enough to help my ears be comfortable yet supports well to keep my shoulder from hurting. We are around age 60, so our age related aches and pains are helped by this pillow.

I bought this pillow as a birthday gift for my brother and he said its like "sleeping on a cloud"! My brother also added that he falls asleep soundly with no twisting or turning and that he wakes up with absolutely no neck pain, and it is the best pillow he's ever had and he highly recommends it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Soft, memory responsive pillow, that your head and neck will sink into but still give some support. Good for someone that doesn't want a firm pillow but wants a pillow that softly cradles the neck and head.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow was included as part of a promotion when I purchased my Tempur-Pedic mattress. I probably would not have chosen it myself because I am used to using a squishy poly-fill pillow and always thought memory foam was much too firm. I think we always buy pillows based on the way they feel when touched by your hand. You really can't do that with memory foam because it feels much firmer on your hand than how it actually feels under your head. I absolutely love this pillow. Comfortable no matter what my sleeping position. No neck aches. Keeps its shape and has removable cover that can be washed. I was so wrong about using a memory foam pillow. It has been just wonderful!

I am a side sleeper so this was a major change and a huge disruption to my sleep comfort. The pillows I had were awful for the situation so I bought the TEMPUR-Cloud and I couldn't be happier. They keep their shape and provide support whether I'm sleeping in my back or now back to sleeping on my side.
