I noticed that my neck had been hurting and when I would wake up, my spine would be aching. At first I thought it was due to my athletic training but now that I've been away from home for a few weeks, visiting my parents, I'm positive it was my cloud pillow. I'm currently sleeping on old generic down pillows and I'm waking up with no pain, and I'm still continuing my training (which has actually increased in rigor). It's so comfy snuggling up to it but trying to get 8 hours sleep on that thing is horrible on my neck. My boyfriend complains about the same issue after he tried it for a few nights.

It is the perfect firmness and softness and I no longer wake up with daily migraines. I definitely recommend this pillow if you are having troubles finding the right pillow for you!

These came free with toppers and we're not fans. Fine for back sleeping, but that's not where we spend most of our time. Crush to nothing, rapidly, for side sleeping. Instead of 'giving' a free pillow, maybe Tempurpedic could allow customer to 'choose' a free or equivalent value towards a free pillow. Then you could get the one that suits your sleeping style. Live and learn.....

It did take some getting used to as I would normally buy really fluffy pillows without much support (hence the neck pain most likely!) but I do think it's working. I find myself sleeping through the night more and not waking up with such a stiff neck. I would definitely recommend to anyone having neck trouble or trouble sleeping.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow (I have two) is well named. It most definitely feels like you're laying your head within a cloud. Most pillows I've tried in the past leave me with neck, and headaches. This one does not. A perfect compliment to the bed I own too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just purchased a topper from Tempurpedic, and this cloud pillow works well with it. The pillow is about the right firmness, yet maintains its form even after 6 months of its usage so far. Also, the pillow has a detachable cover, so it really helps when maintaining cleanliness.

After discarding two previously purchased pillows from two different vendors, the Tempur-Pedic pillows (after sleeping on them for a month now) do not wake me during the night with a "crick" in my neck. Quality of sleep is noticeably improved. In short, I'm still sleeping on them and seem to be pleased after the first month. I do wish they were a couple of inches thicker.

I am very familiar with the tempurpedic line, so with that being said, I put my trust in the brand and took a chance on buying a pillow that I had never touched. I'm pleased to tell you that those sleepless nights in Bama have ended. Those terrible crooks in my neck have ceased. I wasn't sleeping. I was having neck and back pain and knew it was all from not having the right pillow. After ordering the wrong pillows I called customer serv. Where I found Paula, I now love Paula. She was so helpful, patient and she actually cared. She helped me find the right pillow and shippped me out 2 new ones. I received it in 3 days and I'm sleeping again, like a baby! My neck and back issues, better! Tempur-Pedic has great products with exceptional quality. Price is high BUT worth it. Their customer service is fantastic in a world where c.s. usually lacks. I will continue to buy their products for life!
