The pillow is soft enough to form to your head but isn't so soft that it surrounds your face. I can't comment on how well they hold up because I've only had it for a short time but I wouldn't hesitate buying another one when this one gives out. Great pillows are hard to find so once I find one I try to stick with the same one. Hopefully this product will still be available for many years to come.

These pillows are basically your standard flat and firm with good cushion, but for me specifically I think I needed ones with some more neck support, so I look forward to possibly getting more.

Since I started using this Tempur-pedic pillow, it's the one and only for me. It molds perfectly to my neck with any position I sleep in and I've had much less pain. I love that it fully expands to its original shape pretty quickly and I find it to be extremely comfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow isn't as firm as I would have liked it to be but I'm a side sleeper so I like the firmer pillows but I do like it overall. If you're a side sleeper I wouldn't highly recommend but if you sleep on your back it's fine.

I have a lot of neck pain and these are great because they hold their shape around the neck so it is soft and supportive at the same time. The pillows are great, no complaints.

I have chronic tension headaches and neck pain and this pillow is by far the best pillow I've ever had! It allows my neck to be in perfect alignment with the rest of my spine. I haven't woken up with neck pain since I bought it! I got two and I use the other one between my knees because I'm a side sleeper.

I have wasted some money on other inferior pillows that sounded great, but were hard, uncomfortable and often just full of shredded foam - not true memory foam. These pillows are well made and clearly a quality product. They support my neck and head perfectly and are super comfortable - definitely recommend!
