I have a lot of neck pain and these are great because they hold their shape around the neck so it is soft and supportive at the same time. The pillows are great, no complaints.

They're soft, yet firm and haven't given way after night after night of folding, bending, and rotating. (I sleep with my pillow folding in half and move around a lot) My only issue is I ordered during a buy one, get one promotion. I was a bit confused about how the promotion worked, so I called customer support and was told all I needed to do was order one and the second would automatically ship with it. Turns out that was incorrect so I only received one pillow. To their credit, they did end up sending the second pillow at no charge but the time it took to receive both pillows was a bit of an inconvenience. Overall I highly recommend this product.

We have always bought mediocre pillows. I started having neck pain and knew it was time for new pillows. I wasn't even sure where to begin! I looked at these pillows and they are considered a transition pillow, soft yet supportive. We absolutely LOVE them!!!! My quality of sleep has increased significantly!! Get you some!!!!

I cant returned because the plastic and packaging are gone. Wasted my money and still without a comfortable pillow. Website is not easy to shop.

I bought 4 of the pillows and when I opened the box the smell was terrible. It smelled like a combination of chemicals and mold. We tried airing them out and putting an extra pillow cases on them but the smell came through. It was awful and made them unusable. I reached out to Tempurpedic to return them and they said 'no' because they only take pillows back if there is a 'defect'. They gave me suggestions for how to make them smell less bad (e.g. sit on them (!?) to expel the odor, roll them from end to end, leave them to "air out" for some unknown period of time). In my view it is a completely ridiculous attitude for them to take since they clearly know the pillows have an odor but don't mention it in the product description.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tempurpedic pillows are great, though expensive. I have not found one that replaces my smushed down pillow, but they act as a good base. If a good pillow was not so hard to find, then I would probably try other places, but Tempurpedic is known for their quality - so I go with it.

Tempurpedic generally is known for a dense memory foam that is adaptive and responsive. The trick with pillows is normally finding one that fits your shape and sleep style, which can be expensive. This however is a different feel than most tempur pillows. They decreased the density and I love it. Unfortunately it's also fairly thin for their pillows so you wont get a lot of neck support and after the pillow warms up your head will sink through to the the mattress. I'll be watching for a revamped version of this pillow.

I write this as I have awoken from my night of sleep, ignited with a force of energy I have never felt before. My neck feels like it has been lifted up to a higher plane of existence. My melatonin soaked synapses pulse with excitement for the new day. My sleep paralysis demons have ceased to exist at the terrifying sight of my head gently resting on my Tempur-Pedic Cloud Standard memory foam pillow, chilled at the mere thought of what I would do to them if they disrupted my slumber. I will rue this day as as I fear my addiction to resting on this intoxicating, head-sculpting foam will follow me til my grave, where I will be buried with it. I loathe my past self that spent so many sleepless nights resting my head on a pillow that resembled a whoopie cushion in shape and was discolored from the toxins that leaked from my brain. I never imagined that the brighter side, the Tempur-Pedic side, could ever be my reality until this very moment.
