I have pretty broad shoulders and the pillow itself isn't very tall to bridge the gap. It is a dream though for me on my back. Keeps perfect alignment and it has a great balance of soft and support.

I now own the Cloud pillows in addition to the neck support pillow. What lifesavers! So well made, like all TempurPedic products. I feel so grateful to have these luxuries!!

There was a BOGO deal on tempurpedic pillows so I went for it! I have not had neck pain or headaches since! It did take some adjusting to get used to the memory foam material/firmness but I am so thankful I took the plunge! Highly recommend.

The softness and the way it forms to my head is wonderful and the support it provides is awesome as I am no longer cutting off the circulation to my hand since I wrap my arms under my pillow when I sleep. Wish I would have upgraded long ago!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, I was immediately interested in buying Tempur-Pedicure TEMPUR-Cloud pillows due to the BOGO promotion. Next, I made my way through the reviews for each pillow and decided that the TEMPUR-Cloud pillows were the best for a versatile sleeper like me (truly I sleep on my side, stomach, and back). The rest is history. I haven't had one restless night in Seattle since acquiring these pillows and I know it's because my head is well supported as I sleep through the night.

I've been a Tempur fan for a very long time; on my second mattress and second set of pillows. Since my Temper Soft and Conforming pillows, which I LOVE are now 7 years old, I decided it's time to get a new set. Unfortunately, it seems the Soft and Conforming has been discontinued, so I opted for the Tempur Cloud as an option. The good news is the price is considerably lower than the Soft and Conforming was; but the bad news is the pillow is far smaller and thinner than my old favorite. My head sinks almost all the way down to the mattress; there is minimal loft in this pillow. I decided to try the Tempur Cloud Adjustable instead.... see my review of that product, suffice to say it also fell short of expectations. I didn't attempt to return Tempur Cloud pillows I originally purchased - just kept it for my grandkids to use when they visit.
