This pillow provides excellent support for my neck and gently cradles my head. It feels like your sleeping on a cloud. Never switching back to a traditional pillow. 5/5 stars!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased two of these pillows in June 2020 after my old pillows began to lose feathers and it's shape. It has been very comfortable to use. I like that it remains cool throughout my sleep and the height level of it. I definitely recommend it for improvements In sleep.

I really wanted to like this. It's wonderfully soft. The squared edges make it a little awkward to find a comfortable place to lay my head...My head usually ends up on the very bottom or corner on this fairly large pillow. But most disappointing is that the cover on this pillow is HOT. It triggers several hot flashes a night for me and I feel sweaty. I have several pillows that I swap around every so often but this one I kick to the curb before the night is done and get one of my other pillows.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Tempur-Cloud is a great pillow for those wanting a comfortable sleep and get away from those old/over priced cotton stuffed pillows. My brother was in a bad motorcycle accident and when his birthday came around he really wanted one tempur pillow to help him sleep more comfortably and cushion some of his sore limbs, and tempur had a great deal on the tempur-cloud, so I got him 2 great pillows and I didn't break my budget. It even helped me make a good meme birthday card and I'm actually gonna get myself a pair of these pillows if the deal is still available.

Using these pillows has helped me to sleep through the night without waking up with neck pain. I have had both knees replaced so one pillow goes between my knees and this combination has allowed me to sleep better than I have in a long time.

Not enough support for side sleepers . The other thing is that you don't sell original pillows cover . I lost mine in a laundry room and after contact with your customer service I was informed that I can not purchase a new pillow case only. It's comes with a pillow purchase only. It's a bummer.

It is soft yet not too soft in a magical way. I always have the best night sleep and wake up without any neck pain. I also love how cool it is; I never wake up in the middle of the night. My only complaint is the weight of Tempur-pedic pillows that make them difficult to travel with, but I'd choose years of good sleep over easy transport any day.

The pillow we got was flatter than the original. The original pillow is wonderful, the new one not so much. The company should do better to help the consumer identify a similar replacement. Wasted our money.
