Can place my hand under the pillow and scratch my head they're so thin! Also, they would not take back an unopened pillow still in their packaging and box! Worst purchase ever! I will never buy another thing from tempurpedic again in my life!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wouldnt recommend this product to someone with broad shoulders that being me, for a female it would be great for a guy if you're skinny or average possibly if not and you hit the gym a lot I wouldnt its not as fluffy as you think my head is not really centered unless i put my hand under the pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently had neck surgery and pur has several pillows trying to find the perfect one for me. After trying the Tempur Cloud pillow I realized I'd found the perfect pillow for me. Super comfortable, great quality, best pillow around.

This collapses & does not hold its shape. It goes flat when you lay on it. I am stuck with 2 pillows that are still new in plastic in the box because Temour-Pedic does not stand behind their products & some how thinks that a pillow is a more personable item than a mattress that you sleep on for 90 days.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this pillow for about 1 month. I like it best when sleeping on my back and find it gets a bit more crushed when on my side. We got the pillow as part of a promo for the 3" topper, which we love. The topper is on a spring bed. We also have a tempurpedic mattress, which we also love, although we think we might like the topper on springs better than the full tempurpedic mattress....tbd. We have been sleeping on tempurpedic products for 25 years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the twin xl mattress topper for my son for college. He recently had knee surgery and is an athlete. The mattress pad seems to cradle his joints to take pressure off, and he's way less moody- bonus for mom of teens!

My husband and I decided to try these pillows due to all the great reviews, but this was just not for us. This pillow is very soft, but it goes flat in about 5 seconds, and it's pretty much like sleeping without a pillow. After about a month of using the pillow, it seemed to stay in it's flat position and never really got it's fluff back. If you have neck or back issues, this is not a great pillow, in fact it's added to my neck pain.

I am mostly a side sleeper so I don't know how this pillow would work if you mostly slept on your back, but I do sleep on my back occasionally and my neck doesn't hurt with this pillow.

I ordered this pillow because it claimed it was best for back sleepers which I am. After one night of use, It provided zero support and my head sunk all the way down, hurting my neck the next morning. I called customer service to ask for and exchange for a firmer pillow and they said they do not return or exchange pillows. But they will for mattresses? Makes sense. Terrible policy and terrible pillow.
