Pillows are too high not only for me, my hubby feels that way also. And it's smelly, not good smell. I did laundry covers but the smells doesn't go much. So I checked inside. It seems regualr spongy but has crack and holes like cheese. I don't know if this is regular or only mine.. I would not recommend to any one. I am back to my old pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 3rd time buying pillows from Tempur Pedic as they continually produce comfortable and quality pillows. Never wake up in the middle of the night and never experience any neck pain. I even bring them with me when traveling!!

I have had neck problems for the longest time (years and years), and had my chiropractor recommended this pillow... I was skeptical at first, because it's a bit flat.. Though let me tell you, this pillow is the only pillow I will ever sleep on again! My neck pain has been alleviated!!!! I even had to order another pillow so I can have one for back up just in case anything ever happened to this pillow (and you can always use one between your legs for side sleeping).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had a Tempur-Pedic mattress for 10 years and love them. I was less impressed with the pillow. It provided very little comfort. I use memory foam pillows and for the price, this one does not cut it. Unfortunately, they now sit in a closet collecting dust.

I finally pulled the trigger on trying the new Tempur-Cloud because my neck has been hurting so much every morning and I will say it is most definitely worth the money. Perfect neck support and there isn't a single uncomfortable position with this pillow. I've even started going to bed earlier just because I enjoy being in bed so much now.

I normally don't spend this much on a pillow but I am glad that I did. Normally i toss and turn but after using this pillow for over 60 days it has significantly reduced my issues with waking up constantly.

With my old pillows (I've tried several), I often woke up with neck pain which then usually lead to a headache; sometimes I just woke up with both. New pillows always started out pretty good, but within a short time the same problems would persist. I started alternating pillows. When one didn't feel good anymore, I switched to a second, then a third, then started back with the first one again. I've been using the Tempur-Cloud pillow for about a month and haven't had any of the usual aches and pains. In fact, I've had no pain at all. It's trash day tomorrow and my other pillows will be going out to the curb.

But if you are a side or stomach sleeper, you will wake up in the middle of the night with ear aches. The pillow is hard and has no give for soft services like the side of your head. I now sleep with this between my legs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pillows are just the right amount of support and comfort. I went back and forth with pillows that were too firm or too soft. Both caused neck pain. My new cloud pillows have been the perfect blend of comfort and support.

This pillow is super comfy! No neck pain afterwards. This p was supposed to be my husband's pillow but stole it from him after not liking the Tempur-Neck pillow. Will be ordering another one soon! It did have a very faint smell to it upon opening. However, the smell disappeared almost instantly after airing it out. Other than that no complaints.
