I went to a dermatologists and he said I had Chondrodermatitis nodularis helicis (CNH) on my ear. He suggested I look at Tempur-pedic pillows or other pillows made for that condition (pillows with a hole for your ear). I went with Tempur-pedic and I have been very happy. The pain is gone and I have been sleeping much better and longer than I used to.

The Tempur-Cloud pillow provides just the right amount of support whether I am sleeping on my back, side or stomach. I tend to toss and turn at night so need a pillow that will handle it all. Also great to use on road trips for a quick snooze in the passenger seat.

Without hesitation, we instantly bought them and were real eager to get them. When they arrived, we were thrilled to finally get a good night's rest; however, after our first week we were let down. We thought to ourselves, "We don't think these pillows are for us." But that quickly changed as we contentiously used them night after night, we began to love them. Now we can't imagine sleeping without them! We truly get the best sleep of our lives now and we can't thank Tempur-Pedic enough for it!

This being the fourth, after 30/60 days with the others one of us end up hating the mattress. We have had our Tempur mattress for 6 months and our pillows for 2 months....This was the best decision we have ever made. We both sleep through the night and wake up relaxed.

Even though there is no return period, I took a chance and I'm very glad I did. Neck pain is seriously gone. It's soft, yet firm, and does help keep cool. Just get a good pillow case to compliment it. I never leave reviews, but this pillow is actually worth it, even if this review helps one person feel confident in their purchase, it was worth the time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thought I was ordering the equivalent to a previous purchase from temperpedic (older model?), but this pillow was not only flatter and less dense, but compressed into nothing with light pressure. Will go to the store next time and just take my son's pillow with us to show them what I want lol. Comfy, but would probably be better for a stomach sleeper.

If you bought this pillow in the past, I just want to make sure you know this before you buy another. I first purchased these Tempur-cloud pillows in the fall of 2017. They were fabulous and greatly helped with my medical issues. 6 years later I decided to refresh them. I purchased the Tempur-cloud pillows again in the fall of 2023. I purchased what I thought was the same thing, it has the same name and the reviews from 2017 are still listed. However, when I got them, they definitely are NOT the same pillow as before. They are not as supportive or pressure relieving and they go flat in less than thirty minute. I called customer service and I was told that the pillow has "evolved" as the material did and that it "is not the same comfort level as those from 2017." Imagine my Disappointment! I know they are non-returnable, but they definitely were not what I was expecting or purchased before. Now I have pillows I can not use and have wasted money. So, if you are a repeat buyer, I would highly suggest calling customer service BEFORE you buy to make sure it's the exact same "tempurpedic formula" as the ones you bought before. I feel if they "evolved" the pillow, they should've at least changed the name or put a disclaimer somewhere. If you have never owned this pillow, and don't have problems with extra sensitivity on your head, you will probably really enjoy it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really do feel like I'm sleeping on cloud 9. I am a side and back sleeper, and I was having such back pain from cosleeping and breastfeeding my little one. This pillow relieved some of those symptoms.

We have a Tempurpedic mattress and we had older Tempurpedic pillows that we loved. We thought we would refresh our pillows with new ones and we were really disappointed. These pillows do not provide much support and flatten out. We would have returned them but it was made clear during the ordering process that they were not returnable.
