[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these TEMPUR-Cloud pillows. They are the perfect balance of softness and support. They feel like they are barely there yet keep my neck so very comfortable. It really does feel like I'm floating on a cloud!

I was swayed by the positive reviews saying that this pillow is the most comfortable, relieves pain and soreness, etc. How could I go wrong, right? I even went to a store and demo'd the pillow and it seemed fine. Several reviewers say that they doubted it at first but have become converts. I am mainly a back sleeper and I've used a memory foam wedge type pillow for years so this seemed like the next step. Wrong! This pillow is strangely heavy and lifeless. I don't like the feel of the pillow or the absence of flexibility. I am able to fall asleep using it but in the middle of the night it awakens me because it is "just there" and doesn't provide any sense of comfort or luxury like a good pillow. So, I have to change back to my other memory foam wedge. It feels like a barge it is so heavy and I must totally remove it from the bed. I let my daughter try it when she was visiting and she also was not impressed. She said that it might be good for reading it's so dense. When I called customer service, of course it can't be returned so I will put it on a guest bed in the event that someone else actually likes this pillow. Lesson earned.

I've been looking for a firm pillow with just the right amount of "sink". This pillow is great! It did not slip out from under my neck and it wasn't too hard or hot like most memory foams. I'm a side sleeper and it gave me good support. I've noticed I wake up less often in the middle of the night.

At first it seems a little stiff but once the oddity wears off and you actually sleep on it...you'll never go back to ordinary pillows again! I've bought 4 now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried other memory foam pillows in the past. I won't mention names but I had tried 3 different brands, they were not budget or inexpensive. Actually, one which i had tried prior was double the price I paid for the Tempur-Cloud Pillow. The Tempur-Cloud Pillow is excellent, comfortable, I move positions and sleep both on my sides and back and the pillow provides comfort and support in both positions. I do not have issues with the pillow being hot, but I do still plan on upgrading to one of the Breeze pillows since our mattress has the Breeze technology.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the TEMPUR-Essential Support Pillow and the Cloud one. I loved both of them the first 2 months, and used mostly the Cloud one. But now after 2 months the Cloud pillow is so squishy, which made me turn to the other one which is still holding good. I wish I could have gone for the neck pillow.

This is probably the best pillow I have ever owned!! I purchased the Black Friday bogo and have 2 of them and they are great!! I like to sleep with a pillow that is soft to the point that your head sinks in plushy and this is it!! Plushy with lite firmness that is just perfect!! Get it, you wont regret it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After I slept with my new pillow, I feel the quality of my sleep becomes better. Before that, I only use the pillow stuffed with cotton. I think I would buy this pillow again. Besides, the new pillow smells like the plastic, however, the cover can be wanted.

There was a BOGO deal on tempurpedic pillows so I went for it! I have not had neck pain or headaches since! It did take some adjusting to get used to the memory foam material/firmness but I am so thankful I took the plunge! Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always been curious as to how well these preformed. I had read countless reviews that never seemed to answer my questions. I finally caved in and bout a set of these on a deal. I absolutely love these pillows! The most comfortable pillow for any sleep position. I usually sleep hot but even with these memory foam they seem to stay cool longer than my regular cooling gel pillows. Will be buying again!
