[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had a set of these pillows for almost 5 years and just bought a recent new set !!! Only because over time usage they don't look as pretty but they sleep after 5 years!!! Just as good as day 1 I absolutely love these pillows!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this pillow. I'm a side sleeper and like how my head sinks just enough to keep my neck aligned with my back. If I could change one thing it would be having the pillow be a little firmer. Otherwise, this is a great pillow.

My neck and shoulder has been hurting for years. I thought it was the way i sit on the computer or something. I'd get massages and the next day the neck/shoulder pains would come back. One day, i thought about my pillows and decided it was time to change new pillows. The cloud pillow has great reviews so i went for it. Total game changer. Had these pillows for over a month my pain is gone. No pain at all anymore! Hubby said his back stopped hurting! Love this pillow.

It gives me a taste of what owning the Tempur mattress will be like. I sleep on my stomach, back, or either side, depending on my mood, so initially, I wasn't sure which pillow to choose. All positions feel wonderful atop this pillow.

They have been soft with no support or supporting but not at all comfortable. Finally I've found the perfect combination of comfort and support. Even better, I've now had this pillow for months and it has only gotten better, unlike most pillows that degrade quickly. I would absolutely recommend this for anyone with neck problems, sleeping issues or just looking for a comfortable night's sleep!

I changed my pillow to memory form one from Brookstone a year ago but not much improved and finally I switched to Tempur Pedic 'TEMPUR-Cloud Pillow' a few months ago. I have to say that I don't have the headache and neck pain anymore! I'm now a Tempur Pedic Ambassador. Thank you Tempur Pedic!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my son for his birthday and he had really enjoyed it. He says that it is one of the most comfortable pillows he has ever used. In fact, I was just thinking last night that I will probably buy myself one soon.

I love this pilliow. I'm mostly a back sleeper but I start on my side and this is enough support to do so, while not craning my neck up when I'm on my back. The side walls are the difference maker. It allows the pillow to tuck up nicely for cranial support and the weight of my head allows for a natural alignment with this foam density. For these reasons, I really wish I could buy this in a king size. I've tried the adjustable but it inevitably winds up lumped wrong like a traditional poly or down pillow. The cooling is too firm and I run cold already. The choose-your-height doesn't have side walls in the soft. So, Tempurpedic, just sell me a king or two!

Although we were worried about the price, I'd say it definitely paid off. These pillows are extremely comfortable, and give us a great night's sleep without waking up to pain or discomfort. We also got the pillow protectors, and now these pillows have at least three washable layers, which makes me feel like the pillow is going to last a long time without wearing out or absorbing stuff.
