I wake up without my neck hurting and my sleep is continuous without the need to flip the pillow over to the other side when it gets hot. I am a bit heavy so the foam squished down a bit easily, but that doesn't affect my sleep nor the feel of the pillow. Overall, a great pillow to get and I would definitely buy again if I ever need one.

Due to a bad neck and shoulder, I have a terrible time finding pillows that work for me longer than a few nights. This pillow has been a wonderful find! It conforms to my head/neck as needed regardless of the position I am sleeping in. I haven't woken with a sore neck since I started sleeping with the Cloud pillow. Highly recommend!

It offers good support and is very comfortable. I would definitely recommend. Next purchase will be a mattress when it is time for a new one.

It provides the perfect support for my head and neck, even when sleeping on my stomach. The mattress pad is awesome! I've been suffering from back pain for years with difficulty maneuvering to get out of the bed in the morning. Since sleeping on this new mattress pad my pain has much improved. I own 2 tempurpedic mattress and just purchase this pillow. When I receive it, i immediately notice it was way too soft. I contacted customer service and they said they only allow returns if it was damaged by delivery or defective. Now I'm stuck with an expensive unused pillow I can't use. What an absolute SHAM!!! I could understand if it was used but it's brand new. Buyers beware!

This pillow wasn't as contouring to my neckline as I was hoping it would be. While it is somehow both a soft and dense memory-foam type material, I didn't find it to be comfortable at all. I gave this pillow a try for about a week, and every morning I woke up with pain in my neck.

Being that I'm hitting 30, I don't have tons of money to throw around but here comes a sale! I decided to invest in these pillows and I'm so glad I did. I have a memory foam mattress, so the first time I laid down to try the pillows, I sank into this amazing soft pocket and smiled. Love these pillows.

I have several similar pillows from Serta but one nights sleep and you can really feel the quality difference in materials that Tempurpedic has.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] She had been urging me to get a Cloud pillow for about a year now, probably sick of hearing me complain about neck stiffness in the morning, but I kept resisting. When you had a two for one special, I thought, ok, I'll give it a try. It took a couple of nights to get used to, but now I can't imagine sleeping on anything but my Cloud pillow. No more neck stiffness! It has just the right ratio of softness and support for me. Well worth purchasing!
