I bought these hoping that they would be a bit firmer because I like firm mattresses and pillows but it sunk in a bit too much for me, but my husband has really enjoyed this pillow. It is a great deal when you purchase two pillows and is well worth thee money. They are made of great material and I can tell that they are going to last a good while.

I already own 2 - Tempur-Pedic "Adapt Prolo+Cooling Pillows- Soft and love them. Since purchasing these, I wake up with no neck pain. So when I read about the Tempur-Cloud Pillow which is a lot firmer that this one and the reviews, I purchased 2 of the Cloud Pillow Queen Size. And per the reviews, the pillows did not disappoint. They are firm, but soft enough to sink your head in and still wake up without any neck pain. I now sleep with both, using the cloud pillow as a back rest as well. Or I trade off with each. I love them both and definitely recommend to anyone who suffers from neck pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these for my husband and daughter and both love these pillows so much, they take it with them to hotels when we go on a trip. It supports the neck and head perfectly and the pillow itself is relatively light (compared to other Tempur-pedic products). My husband and daughter emit a lot of heat from their heads, and my daughter would often wake up with sweat all over her scalp, but since I bought these pillows, she hasn't had that problem. They're soft to touch, but firm within for the head to mold into the pillow.

I went to a dermatologists and he said I had Chondrodermatitis nodularis helicis (CNH) on my ear. He suggested I look at Tempur-pedic pillows or other pillows made for that condition (pillows with a hole for your ear). I went with Tempur-pedic and I have been very happy. The pain is gone and I have been sleeping much better and longer than I used to.

I'd had shredded memory foam pillows before, and they just seem to get lumpy and end up lacking in support. That's why I wanted to try this one, which is not shredded memory foam. It's wonderful. As I lay on the pillow it molds to my head, cradling it comfortably. I feel like it gives way more support than other pillows I've tried in the past. I'm a side sleeper, and I would recommend this to anyone that's a side sleeper that wants support. Note: I tend to sleep with my arm under the pillow so the pillow is sandwiched between my head and arm. This pillow works great for that since it also molds to my arm underneath.

My boyfriend and I both sleep soundly and never have any neck pains or headaches. It slowly forms to your head and neck as you lay down and sink into bed. I'm just mad I didn't get them sooner. I even got a pair for a friend who also recently moved and now she's in love too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Cloud Pillow is somewhere between a hard brick and a soft sponge to me and provides great support yet incredible comfort. Some pillows are like sleeping on a curb....others are like you head is on large sponge. This one is simply so enjoyable with a perfect balance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For me, and just for me, it really doesn't help or hinder my comfort. The pillow is excellent for people whose anatomy of their neck is normal. So you cannot go by me. I gave it 3 stars pertaining to my experience, but it probably would 5 otherwise. My husband is fine with the pillow.

Shipped on time, delivered on time, and sleeps like a dream. I love the way this sleeps, although I do prefer a little bit stronger or stiffer foam on my pillow, this was a good add to the bed. It is a real soft pillow so if you are looking for support and softness, this is not for you. This pillow needed to be bigger in size also, more like a king size but this is only one out of a lot of pillows they have, I only wish there was a place in my area that we could had went to see how each one feels before buying a pillow. That is needed because I'm not going to drive all the way to Atlanta Georgia.

Now with the queen supreme topper we have been sleeping thru the night comfortably. The mattress cradles the stress points with firmness and the right amount of softness!!!
