I thought the pillow would be softer. It is a good pillow, but it gets flat spots, I have to fluff it several times through out the night.

I would’ve returned it if I was allowed. The pillow gets flat and although it will regain its shape, it’s not comfortable.

We love our Tempurpedic Cloud pillow. These pillows are just the right comfort level and based on previous experience, the quality is exceptional!

So far this pillow is comfortable and seem like good quality. The BOGO deal made them a much more affordable price.

This pillow model is okay, but it does not provide enough support. In fact, it flattens like a pancake.
