I fall fast asleep, get a completely restful sleep throughout the night and wake up refreshed. I believe this pillow has eliminated my sleep apnea as well as my back aches. During my life, I somehow wear out pillows within one-year. The TEMPUR-Cloud Pillow is firm, supportive and has kept its shape while giving me comfort since the day I bought it. I am extremely happy with this pillow! I highly recommend it for everyone especially if they have sleeping problems! It truly is like sleeping on a cloud!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's really high quality and comfortable but definitely not as firm as was expected and gets too flat. There's no taking back an open pillow so I have to wait it out but it gets more condensed than it should given it's name and function.

I love tempur-pedic and have used them for years, I thought I would try the cloud pillow and it looks great! However it is way to soft, it gets paper thin where I lay and takes a while to come back up. Definitely needs to have an option for a medium/firm because the shape is perfect.

I guess my husband and I were expecting a huge change in our sleep, but honestly we toss these to the floor every night and still use our own pillows. They were definitely not thick enough. I'm a tummy sleeper and my husband is a back/side sleeper. It literally did not work for either of us ☹️ Highly disappointed, we definitely expected more. We called customer service and they would not refund or store credit.

My only gripe is that it can get a little warm after about 10 minutes. Not hot, just a little warm. I wish this pillow cooled like the dual cooling pillow because that would be the ultimate pillow.

It was surprisingly hard to find a comfortable, affordable king-sized pillow for my wife. I ordered and returned five different options from various brands—shredded memory foam, latex, hybrid, you name it. I already owned this pillow in a smaller size, so I checked the Tempurpedic website to see what a king would cost. To my surprise, they were running a two-for-one sale. I ordered immediately, and after just a night or two, my wife said the same thing I did: this is the pillow.

Also, it really sucks because you cannot even return the pillows which I didn't know assuming there was a 30 day return policy at the least.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rumors and word of mouth you've heard about Tempurpedic and the Tempur foam material are true. The material confirms to what you need. It gently cradles you and allows you to rest and sleep in comfort. And then it returns to its original configuration so you can enjoy the same restful experience night after night. I especially enjoy the fact that the Tempur foam seems to react both to my weight and heat to create the right sleep surface. And last, if there was an odor (which I'd been told there might be) when I opened the sealed plastic bag the pillow was in, I didn't notice it.
