I would compare these pillows to sleeping on tires. It sounds like it could be comfortable but ultimately you hate yourself for even trying. These pillows are so dense my neck feels like it’s being separated from my skull. I have really tried to like these pillows, I even bought some cute pillow covers but they do not disguise the pain I feel every time I look at them plopped on my bed. They’re stiff, they hurt and I think I could dislocate a bone if one fell on top of me hard enough.

I thought the cloud pillows would be so much softer than they are. I can’t use mine because it’s too high and too firm. The outside material also feels a bit scratchy and the pillow case for some reason doesn’t want to stay in place. I’m very disappointed. I bought the cloud to replace my tempurpedic pillow that I had for years and loved.

I always buy Temperpedic pillows; they're usually perfect. This thing was hard as a rock with a lumpy fill. It was meant for back/side sleepers, but it has zero give and is so uncomfortable. It only works in the shams as decoration. If I could afford the shipping cost to return it, I would have.

10/10 wou;ld buy agian, gift as gift, swear on my grave, the whole shebang., was having neck pain, bad sleep, blah blah, too soft, too hard, down got soft, others were too hard, tried a %60 sealy one which was MEH< took a gamble on this after seeing reviews and after getting one i got 2 more so fill up my king bed with these so i can roll around and sleep anywhere. neck pain has subsided theyr'e perfect softness/hardness for me and i shall swear by them

I am a side/stomach sleeper and have searched for years to find the right pillow. I have yet to find one. The first time I used this pillow I woke up the next morning with the worst neck pain I have ever experienced. Almost to a debilitating level. I switched pillows in the meantime, and After it finally went away tried again to see if it was just me having slept in an awkward position. I experienced the same debilitating results the following morning.

I have purchased a regular tempur-pedic pillow many many years ago. It was time for an upgrade. I was not disappointed when my head hit this pillow. It fit my head perfectly. It was the best sleep in a lot of days. It was soft and comfortable when I shifted to my side to sleep. The pillow did not sag or lose its shape after my sleep. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I'm a side sleeper and stomach sleeper so it is hard to find a pillow to do this. However, this pillow is extremely firm not medium-firm. It doesn't sink in like a Tempurpedic pillow or mattress. Not a happy purchase at all. Wish I could return because then I would get the side sleeping pillow that I loved when I had it but thought I'd try this one since I've started stomach sleeping too with my back pain. I will say my neck pain eased up with this pillow but not comfortable.

Purchased this new set of pillows last month to replace the SAME EXACT pillows that I ordered in 2022— only to now find the quality has gone down SUBSTANTIALLY. So sad for such expensive pillows. This new version is terrible. Despite being temper material they feel less dense, less substantial, and flatten very easily. In addition, the new (cheaper) pillow cover is thinner, less structured and slides out of place easily turning the pillow into a weird twist tie. Very disappointing because the ones we purchased in 2022 were really awesome for 4 years and these new ones are garbage already. Pillows are not a returnable item so BUYER BEWARE.
