The first night I slept with one of these pillows I woke up with neck pains. My head did not sink in as much as it should have, so I was sleeping almost with a kink in my neck. Plus these aren't non returnable so now I'm stuck with them :(

Supports my neck, head and upper back and shoulders. Feel well rested-no neckaches or headaches. Call it my magic pillow. Love it so much I took it with me on my latest trip-put it in my suitcase. Buy it!

I have found a pillow that lets me sleep on my side or back with the proper support. No more bunching the pillow or smashing it down to fit! I would recommend it!!

The pillow are good in quality. However the height is lower than I expected. I don't have any returns or exchange options so I use it with another smaller pad pillow to get the desirable height.
