I'm mostly a back sleeper. I can position this pillow how I want under my neck. Good support. Sometimes I move to my side and it supports there and very comfortable. Husband likes it. Says it's moldable but goes back to original shape

Our last set of Tempur-pedic pillows lasted about 8 years, but were the ultimate demise to a new puppy. These, like the others, do not disappoint. Worth the investment.
