I am disappointed at how fast it lost its shape -- I expected it to bounce back every day, but it doesn't. Years ago I bought a tempur-pedic pillow which served me well for twelve years. I guess those days are gone.

We tried this pillow in the store and then purchased the pilllows online and are 100% satisfied with this product! Has definitely helped our neck pain.
