[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is great quality but ever since I've been using this pillow I wake up with my neck and shoulders hurting! Maybe it's just not the right pillow for me.

I had an older cloud pillow and this must be the newer model the exterior is extremely thick and durable more structured and heavier. I was expecting more of a softer light weight inside it was a too firm for me. Great quality though

Since I started to use these types of pillow my sleep has gotten some much more enjoyable especially in the life of the college student and it has helped me be able to have a healthier sleep schedule and lifestyle as a result.

Had one of their older pillow, I loved it. Lasted 5 years before it started flattening. Paid the same price for two years ago. I have to use both of these.
