This is an excellent pillow especially if you are ordering online and not able to try to pillow ahead of time, it adapts to your head and sleeping position perfectly, offers support, while also having that 'cushy-cloud' feeling.

This pillow is more firm than I expected. I have gotten used to it but my husband won't use it any longer. He's gone back to using his old tempurpedic pillow. I would only recommend this pillow if you like them firm
