[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'd never buy a pillow from them again. No way to try it and even if it's fully wrapped they won't let you return it "due to the personal nature of the product," but they take bake mattresses.

This product seems to be well constructed using quality materials. However, it did not meet my expectations. It becomes flat within minutes of laying down. I need more support than it offered.

We like the soft feel of the memory foam and the quality of the cover. The pillow was not tall enough for either my husband or me and we aren't large people. Wish they made it 5-6" tall insread of only 4" tall.
