[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is great quality but really only comfortable if you are a back sleeper. It is kind of stiff to try and move with but overall good pillow

I would give it 5 stars but I did not because it does have any firm at all. Once you put your head it is a flat pillow. At least you need a little support in your neck and head.
