Love the king size, but it could be a tad more full, not so flat. It has the chance to be the perfect pillow if it was a bit more full. Otherwise a 4.7 star I give it. Comfort, length and cooling perfect!

After looking around and trying different mattresses, we picked the Temper-Pedic. We LOVE the support it gives, along with the “softness” it provides. Very pleased!

Ordered these king size versions same as my standard version. They are waaaaay soft and one seems to colapse much eaiser than the other. Unfortunately no returns. Kind of expensive experiment... dissapointed.

Had the previous version of these pillows. The denseness changed and offers little support for the neck. Can't return and can't exchange so stuck with pillows that make me wake up sore

I bought these pillows hoping to help my neck pain but for some reason since I started using these my neck pain is worse. Unfortunately since you can't return pillows I'm out all the money I spent on these.

As a side sleeper, this pillow gives the right balance of softness and support. It keeps my neck aligned and I've been sleeping more comfortably and waking up more rested. Definitely an improvement in my sleep quality.

The same CLoud pillow I purchased years ago are not the same now. The older ones were 3 times heavier and firmer. I am still okay with the new ones but was not what i was expecting. Since then I have purchased a set for my daughter.

I've been alternating this pillow occasionally with the TEMPUR-Neck Pillow and love having the options. The cloud pillow is a great nightly pillow with good support and comfort no matter if I back or side sleep.
