The pillow is soft but it's very thick. I wish the pillow was made thinner or different thickness so customer can choose which best for them.

Have slept on a set of two pillows for 5 nights and have loved them. Less neck pain, only recommendation would be to have these in a king size

This pillow is way too thick to be comfortable to me so I'm using my much flatter old Temperpedic pillow. Really didn't like it at all.
