This pillow is tremendously better than an average department store pillow. Soft and comfortable and has improved my sleep. The only reason for a 4 rating is I was hoping it would be a bit more softer.

We purchased the pillows online and we weren’t happy with them. Unfortunately pillows are not returnable so I would advise you to purchase them in store only where you could test them.

I got this pillow and cannot sleep on it. I would like too but it’s too high and hurts my neck. I have a tempurpedic bed but unfortunately can not find a pillow to sleep on. Make some Lowe pillows for a petite lady.

I have tried sleeping with this pillow multiple times. I constantly wake up and my head throbs. I’ve tried needing the pillow with my hands with socks on on my feet, and the pillow still hurts my head.

It's a nice pillow. I just wish it was a little bit thicker and a little bit firmer but it's very nice. I put another pillow I have underneath it which is a thin little foam pillow and it works fine

After sleeping on a Tempupedic pillow at my daughter’s house I knew I needed to have one for myself. I have been looking for the right pillow for some time and am happy to have found it.

When searching for a neck pillow, I decided to purchase both the neck pillow and the Symphony pillow to decide which I liked better, but I loved them both, and I definitely plan to order more for our guest room!

the firmness is perfect for me, however another 1/2 inch to inch in height would be a better thickness to support my head while side-lying.

This pillow is fine for side sleeping. I don't really understand how it helps the neck when back sleeping. Also wish it had come with cooling.
