It has good support while it is soft. It achieve perfect balance between firmness and comfort. Both my wife and I love it.

a little regret to buy this stand size, I used a queen size this one for long. suddenly found it got small and felt easily got fall.

Too hard & angled for big people. I wake up with a neckache & headache. I just use it to prop up my back. Wish I could get my money back!
