This pillow is good for a side sleeper or back sleeper. Not good for a stomach sleeper. I'm 5'3 and this pillow is to big for me and it is firm.

The pillows are too small for comfort and also don't fit the pillowcases we have well - very disappointed with my purchase

Maybe I have a big heavy head, but when I sleep on these, it compresses and ends up feeling thin. I still prefer these over others I have though.

The depth of these pillows are too high for us. They are not comfortable for sleeping. They give us neck pain every morning so we stop using them.
