[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like pillows that are not too firm and not too soft, and that's why I ordered this one instead of the Soft one. This was much more firm than what I expected. If I order one again I'll go Soft.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately this product wasn't for me. First night woke up 3am with a sharp pain in neck, the next night wasn't any better. The pillow is now used to prop up other pillow to watch tv.

Bought this pillow for my daughter, who has neck stiffness problems sleeping w/ regular pillow. Tempurpedic Symphony pillow did the trick for her. The right firmness for her neck, gets a good night sleep with no neck soreness in the am.

I have neck problems if my pillow is not correct for my body. This pillow has been perfect for my neck. Almost no neck issues since I started using it.

I like this pillow a lot. I mostly sleep on my side but sometimes I switch to my back, and both are comfortable with this pillow. I sleep soundly when I use it. I just wish it was a little bit bigger (not thicker-- just bigger).
