[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Both my wife and I feel that the pillow is too firm. Will not allow us to return them so they get used very, very little due to hurting our necks.

I no longer suffer from neck pain since purchasing the Symphony Pillow. I had previously purchased two Symphony pillows and recently purchased two more. The downside is impossible to sleep on any other pillow after the Symphony.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So soft, gives just the right amount of support and very quickly regains it shape when not in use. It is also very cool and I do not find it to warm up overnight.

Ordered 2 and sent them both back. They're a lot flatter than they used to be. Doesn't work for my neck, when I have to sleep on my side. Very disappointed, as this has been the only pillow that has previously worked for me.

I'm a high back sleeper but this pillow is waaay too high for me. Tried different angels, sides and positions and still not working for me. Unfortunately it was not returnable and a waste of money for me.
