I bought this pillow for my husband and he loves it! He says it fits perfectly anyway he sleeps on. He couldn't sleep well with the bad pillows we had before, but now he can!

This pillow the memory foam is very firm. Once your head settles in to the pillow it is very comfortable to sleep on. My neck had issues of discomfort and this pillow has helped. My doctor said to try this pillow
