[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using Tempur pillows for 20 years now. This os my first Symphony and I am very happy I chose it because it allows me to sleep well in any position.

I went in with really high expectations, but the pillow was not able to alleviate my neck pain. The pillow is better than a traditional pillow and it does have adequate firmness. It just does not solve my dilemma.

Ordered 2 and sent them both back. They're a lot flatter than they used to be. Doesn't work for my neck, when I have to sleep on my side. Very disappointed, as this has been the only pillow that has previously worked for me.

I had no idea this pillow would be so hard. My wife lasted one night with it. After a week, I realized that pillows are not returnable. Apparently I read something wrong in the fine print. Lesson learned.

Had this product years ago with my tempurpedic mattress and it was good to go but the current one is not as good as it was. Not as supportive as years ago but still gets the job done which is good sleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a med size pillow. I now wish I got a lower profile pillow. When I sleep on a regular bed it's great but when I sleep on a Temper type bed it is too tall for me.

I have looked and looked and looked for a pillow that would provide some kind of relief for my neck pain. I took a chance on this pillow and cannot be more happy. Thank you, Tempur-pedic.
