This is the hardest, most uncomfortable pillow I've ever experienced. It is unyielding, no matter which side is used or the position of the head. My Tempurpedic mattress, although old, is still a joy. This pillow is a disappointment.

I've had this pillow before, for over 10 years. Needed a new one finally, and bought the same one. Still as good quality as the one I bought all those years ago.

I bought this pillow several years ago and I needed a new one. It’s nothing like my old one: it’s way too soft. It can’t support my neck. I believe that the quality of Tempurpedic products has substantially declined.
