[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice pillow but slightly flat. I have had other tempurpedic pillows and this ones seems flatter than the others. I am uncertain if my others were the symphony. Still a good pillow option.

Ive been using this pillow for a while now and I really like it. The only reason I don't give it five stars is that when I'm sleeping on my back it us a little too firm. It's perfect when I'm sideways though.

My head can't stay on/in the pillow. After a few mins, I feel myself slip downward and there is nothing to support my neck. Neither side of the pillow could support it. And the agent from customer service is very tough.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second purchase of Tempur pillows and it was not the same experience. This new set of pillows were uncomfortable overall. Wake up with stiff neck or tight back.
