This pillow is advertised as ‘soft’. It seems to me to be at least medium, if not firm. Possibly if you have a heavy head it might seem soft. But my head barely makes a dent on the surface. I cannot use it because I have osteoarthritis in my neck; it is too painful for me since it does not have enough ‘give’ . I am disappointed because I really need a pillow with a balance between support and softness. I suppose if you were looking for a pillow with a lot of support and do not need softness, it would be a fine pillow.

I was tossing and turning all night long and would end up wide awake at 4am. My husband is a side sleeper and I sleep mostly on my side but sometimes on my stomach or back. The pillows are just *chefs kiss* wonderful for us! They stay consistently cool and feel like a stiff cloud. I do find myself wishing it was a bit more foldable - or somehow softer - but that's just me being picky. It's well made and I would definitely recommend this style to people I know. We use them everyday.

I am a petite side and stomach sleeper and whole the side position is more comfortable with this pillow I have been able to sleep on my stomach as well. I really do enjoy the pillow. It does take a few days to adapt. It is not too firm but not soft either. I feel it supports well. It does get warm.

This one is noticeably cheaper material and the comfort level is not good at all. Feels synthetic and doesn't hold form. Also, tempurpedic advertising is extremely misleading and the customer service is non at service at all. It's actually a disservice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do like this pillow. It requires a pillow cover or it alips right out of the pillow case. As a pregnant mama, I wish I had gotten a taller one for more elevation but I do like how it is compact and molds to my head and neck.

The comfort, breathability, and support of this Symphony pillow has been a game changer! I have had this pillow for about four months. I sleep much more soundly and wake up without neck pain. It is shaped differently on each side. You have a choice of which shape fits you best. I would definitely recommend this pillow.

I have had two pillows previously, my original contour Tempur-Pedic and, after that, a regular shaped Tempur-Pedic pillow for the last 12 years. It is still wonderfully supportive but I am constantly vying for the privilege of sleeping on it during nap time with my grandson. So I ordered another pillow for me and it is SO comfortable! I want to buy pillows for my son and everyone else in my family. I cannot live without these!

so I bought my first pillow a year ago for myself. and bought another type for my wife. long story short my wife ended up with the pillow because she slept on it and loved it. she is a side sleeper sometimes back sleeper and it has totally helped her snoring. a year later I finally got my own symphony I am a side sleeper and stomach sleeper and I love this pillow. I can scoop it under my arms and sleep like that or I can cradle it in between my shoulder and neck and sleep like that. I do not have any complaints yet other than I miss my pillow when we travel. if you are thinking about it just do it. you will love it
