This was my second time in 8 years to buy this pillow. The new one is smaller and way to soft in comparison to my older one.

The Tempur-Pillow is the best pillow I have ever laid my head on, it conforms to my neck and head and it's like sleeping on a cloud.

Well-made, but very tall and firm. Midway through the night, I had to toss it on the floor to get any sleep at all.
