[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a good quality pillow but is a bit flatter than I expected. I have gotten much better sleep sense I started using this pillow and less neck pains.

I had bought the classic pillows 6 years ago and I still have them, they are the most comfortable pillows. However, the symphony was a big waste of money as well as sleeping time spent uncomfortable for almost 4 months.

bought 2 new symphony pillow. the last one I had lasted 17 plus years. the new ones went flat in a couple weeks. will never buy a product from them. was told that they will not take pillows back

I've had my pillow for several years and it's just as comfortable as the day I bought it. I've bought several pillows, expensive ones, and this pillow tops them all!!

I have a history of neck issues. Switching to this pillow has made a world of difference along with chiropractic therapy. I highly recommend this pillow to anyone.
