[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Both my wife and I use and find a comfort and support with our Tempur-Symphony Pillows. The old pillows went into the trash.

Initial feeling of pillow is nice but after sleeping on it for 6 weeks, you would think the firmness breaks down a little. No this pillow is probably the most firm pillow I've ever slept on. If you like very firm pillows this one is for you.

I've used this pillow for 15 years and it still provides great support! I can't use any other pillow without waking up with neck pain. I'm debating on buying a new one. I love it so much!

The pillow is very hard, couldn't use it for even 1 hour. The return policy is worst. Company tricks customer in to buying by not highlighting return eligibility details. I think the money is wasted.

I have loved this pillow for years. But in the last order, quality significantly reduced to unusable and waste of money. Why did they have to change a great pillow.

This is the best pillow I have ever have in my entire life. I admit my husband and I are hesistant to buy it bec. It is expensive. But we don't regret it. I don't have any soreness in my neck and shoulders. I really recommend this pillow.
