Wat too soft and wake up with neck, shoulder pain not to mention a head. Switched back to my old Purple pillows and haven't had any issues. Would love to return them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Couldn't be happier with my Symphony pillows! The only thing I need now is a Tempur-Pedic mattress to really step up my sleepy bliss.

I love my old Symphony pillow, which I bought about 6 years ago. But the new version is small, less dense, and doesn't support the neck well. I feel a little cheated, and what's worse, I'm not sleeping comfortably.
