[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most nights it works great! Occasionally for some reason it's too stiff. Works better for me on the raised side for back sleeping less so on the flat side.

Bought this for my husband who has tried just about every pillow on the market over the past four years. He LOVES it and says he sleeps much more comfortably.
