[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that it's nice and firm, but soft enough that it is comfortable. It stays in place when I'm asleep, so I'm not constantly moving the pillow around in the middle of the night adjusting.

I use to position my pillow larger flat side down, but now I feel more comfortable with the smaller flat side down. Still works amazing after 4 years! Best investment so far for my family and I.

Just bought 2 of these for my kids, thought it was the same model as the one I've had for a while now (at least 15 years), but it's lighter and not as soft. My kids prefer my pillow! But this one is still great.

I used to wake up at night with neck pain. The first couple nights with the new pillow were uncomfortable, but after that I slept great. I have been sleeping with this pillow for more than a year now and still enjoy it.
