Bought these to replaced the ones that we had and these are not the same as the old ones. They are just way too soft and no real support compared to the old ones. After one night of use my neck was super sore and has been for a week. I recommend looking for another brand or buying these at a store that you can return as the website will not let you return them.

This pillow is not good for sleeping on your side, or your back. The wedge shape does not work as good as you would imagine for sleepign on your side; the wedge is thin and once the material compresses its basically way too thin and theres not enough support. For sleepign on your back, the pillow can be flipped over, but it's no good for sleeping on your back either. If you look at the pillow, imagine sleeping on your back, with your neck and the back of your head on the rounded side. The pillow is kind of like a hill top. It's not comfortable, it will slide out from beneath your neck, or it will feel like your neck is sliding down it. It's REALLY annoying having to flip this pillow over all the time too. I can't stand it. Not good for back or neck sleeping. I am going to try the Neck Pillow this time instead, since they have a sizing chart.

I normally do not do reviews on items since it is time consuming and strenuous. However since tempur-pedic does not offer returns or trial periods, and my boyfriend sleeps on the older version temper-symphony pillow I felt my opinion is valid. To sum my thoughts up I want to say my boyfriends older model of this pillow has a more medium firmness, has nice quality support laying on your back, side, and or stomach. My hopes were given up when my soft density, ok support depending on your body frame, newer knock-off version arrived. In all the newer temper-symphony pillows do not feel like the older ones, and I am still on my quest to find my perfect pillow. I have tried to sleep on this pillow for a day or two until I switched back to my older more lofty tempur-pedic pro support memory foam pillow. Pros: pillow was shipped and delivered in less than a week lightweight reforms to original shape good for back sleeping and maybe on stomach (not enough height or cushion for me to side sleep) Cons: package seemed to have been thrown around during shipping, but pillow was fine inside the box too soft for me not enough support for my neck/ shoulders sleeping sideways the newer temper-symphony model pillow definitely does not feel like the older version no returns or trial period

Absolutely horrible! I have used the Symphony for years! It is a VERY FIRM pillow. So much so that my husband calls them bricks. I was due for a new pillow so I ordered my trusted Symphony. As a person with chronic neck and shoulder pain it took me a very long time to find a pillow that would provide me with some relief. I was always so happy with the Symphony, that is until this year. I ordered 1 in January, only to have it go to mush by July. I ordered a new one in July and at my it was ok. But by 1 1/2 months it goes completely flat after laying on it for a few minutes. I have never been so disappointed in the Tempurpedic brand in over 20 years of being a customer. I will be making warranty claims on both of these pillows and I hope Tempurpedic replaces them with the original Symphony pillows that many of us have grown to love. This is not just an issue for me as others have left reviews stating their pillows were not the Symphony pillows they had grown to trust too! Please bring back the original Symphony!

My husband and I each bought symphony pillows about 7 years ago. We loved them so much, we recently purchased new ones thinking it was time to upgrade. Wasted money. I ended up going back to my old pillow that was (at 7 years old) still much thicker and firmer than the new one. I sometimes put my hand under my pillow. With the new one, my head practically touched my hand. With my old one, it doesn't come close. We couldn't get our money back for the new ones since it wasn't considered a defect that would fall under their warranty policy. Very disappointing after years of great experience with the original product. We won't be buying more in the future.

I have pain due to 2 shoulder surgeries and also suffer from SLE(systemic lupus). My old tempurpedic pillow was lost on vacation about a year ago and I haven't really slept since. This pillow is better than any sleeping pill. I have the hardest time falling asleep at night but with this pillow I seem to fall asleep alot faster. It is even better than my old tempurpedic pillow. I wish that I would not have waited so long to replace it but I had to save up for it and I wanted to do some research to make sure I chose correctly. I love that this pillow is 2 sided and I love the slope that it has. This pillow is super comfortable and very supportive. I can't imagine sleeping without it now. I actually think about this pillow throughout the day, knowing that I get to go home and sleep on something so comfortable. It is amazing that a pillow can help aleveiate pian the way that this one does. I am sure that all tempurpedic pillows a great in their own way and some people seem to have some issues with this pillow but I can not think of anything negative to say about it. The Symphany Pillow is Fantastic!

I absolutely love my symphony pillow. I got the pillow as a christmas present so that was a plus along with my Tempurpedic Cloud Supreme. After the first night I had neck pain from my pillow. I didn't really know what to think. Well i guess this isn't the right pillow for me. So i tryed it for a couple of nights to see if it improved and it did. This pillow is now so comfortable and i sleep well on my new pillow every night. I don't think the vaule is the best but it's worth it.

The pillow disappointed me. it is very pleasant but too firm. It is listed as Soft, but compared to other brands, it is more like Medium/Firm. Combined with the Tempur soft mattress, it is too firm for my female body. It might be good for men, but I can't sleep with it.It makes my neck and head paind, and I have trouble moving my whole head. I have to either throw out the pillow or the mattress.
