[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the Breeze Cal King. Mattress is great. Customer is service is just ok. Bed was suppose to be delivered within 14 days, it took over a month to receive. Their so called white glove service is just a saying. They use a 3rd party delivery company that will deliver on their time. I would maybe recommend buying from an authorized so they could delivery it right away. We bought directly from Temper Pedi over the phone and whenever we would call no one had answers as to why our mattress couldn't be delivered on time. All they would do is offer more free pillows, sheets, etc. All that stuff was shipped and received within a couple days but I still didn't have a bed to use them with. Product is great, customer service, and order process needs a little work.

I left my beloved symphony pillow in a hotel room by accident and couldn't get it back. I had that pillow for at least 10 years still going strong. Supportive, comfy, etc. I bought this symphony thinking "oh it's the same pillow"...not so IMO. This pillow is definitely different. It's not as dense, my head sinks right down through it, offers no support like the old version. What gives? There's also a weight difference. My old pillow felt like I was carrying around a small puppy. This feels super light. Just very disappointed. Wish Tempurpedic would make the pillow with whatever foam they used previously.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Prior to sleeping on a Tempur-pedic pillow at a friend's house and subsequently buying them for myself and my family, I used two pillows to try for the comfort I am now getting from the Tempur-pedic. Waking all night long, I constantly had to readjust the pillows. Now, I am able to rest with all the neck and back support I need and am awaking refreshed after many years of tossing and turning. Not only that but the pillow is hypoallergenic so I am not double casing it with hypoallergenic special covers. The difference one pillow has made in my life has been a wonderful surprise. Thank you, Tempur-pedic!

We bought two pillows when we bought our Tempurpedic mattress over 15 years ago and they need to be replaced. I didn't know the name (style) of the first ones so ordered Symphony. They are larger and more firm than the first ones and not quite as comfortable but I am getting used to them. I would never consider replacing these pillows with the pillows found in stores.

I sleep on my side, and this pillow provides support for my neck and head in the most perfect way. So, so worth every penny.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the pillow i cant say I absolutely love it. I think I just need some getting use to. I rated 4 stars because it's comfortable and forms to head when you lay on it which is good! I will try another tempur pedic pillow soon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Head support throughout the night leading to a snore free sleep. I have one that goes between my knees or behind my legs as well that provides good support and keeping my body in line. Great quality construction.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillows were a gift to my parents who both suffer from neck pain. They've used contoured pillows in the past with no avail. Since receiving their pillows they both report better sleep and have not complained of neck pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I both have had the most restful sleep since we bought these pillows it's incredible. They are harder than down or other pillows so if you've never had tempurpedic before they are different, but it's so worth it!
