[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'd been struggling with restless sleep until a few days ago when I received my new TEMPUR-Symphony Pillow. My deep and comfortable sleep is back! The cool and forming nature of the pillows provides restful support and comfort that others pillows couldn't provide. I've reclaimed deep sleep and cool comfort thanks to my new pillows. I wish I had purchased them sooner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the Symphony pillows and love the fact they have dual personalities. I tend to mostly back and side sleep and the wife is a side and stomach sleeper. So we each use a different side of these pillows. We are sleeping much better than using our old pillow set which were memory foam but not very good. These help the easing my back pain as well as wifes neck pain (from injury). They support your neck in a way that relieves the pressure points with no more stiff neck mornings. Totally recommend these pillows.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third Symphony pillow. The first 2 were for my husband and myself. We absolutely loved them. When my father came down to visit for a month we decided to purchase another for where he was sleeping as well. My father is a pretty picky man so I was hesitant on what he was going to think about it. Up until now I my mother had told me he was often unhappy with his pillows. When I asked about the pillow and what he though about it he responded that he "liked" it. What you don't understand is that coming from my father, that is the greatest of compliments. The man rarely, if ever, gives compliments and most responses is a "Meh" or "shaky hand gesture" (basically saying it's only okay, if that). Needless to say we're short a pillow since when he returned home he took it with him. Super happy that dad "liked" his too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have loved my Tempur-Pedic Symphony pillow! I no longer wake up with a sore neck and wake up less during the night. I love that this pillow has two sides to it for different sleeping positions. I would definitely recommend this pillow to anyone!

This is the 2nd symphony I've ever bought, it's incredible... Soft yet firm all at the same time, you just get the best sleep on it. It might take a few days to get used to after using lousy normal pillows your whole life, but after that I couldn't sleep without it. Only getting a second one after my girlfriend took over the first!

I purchased a tempurpedic cloud matress and received this pillow free. I absolutely LOVE this pillow. Before this pillow, I slept on a memory foam contured pillow but this pillow puts it to shame. I can sleep on my side and back with no neck problems at all.

I purchased the Symphony pillow, but received a low quality Adjustable pillow instead. "Easy mistake, I'll call customer service and they'll send me the correct order", is what I thought, but what followed was the absolute worse customer service I have ever encountered. So much so, that I have to resort to leaving a poor review on this website. Customer service line says its only a couple of minutes wait time, but that hasn't been true for any of the numerous calls I've had to make, because I always get a prompt saying "all service reps are busy and please press 2 for a call back". On more than several occasions the call back is just a one ring phone call before they hang up. Never passing the one ring mark so I can answer, or leave a message. When I do get a call back and Im able to beat the rep before he hangs up, I ask for a status or resolution and they're not able to provide one or a time table of when I can expect an answer. I finally had enough and asked for a manager, which I was told only work from 10am-3PM (lucky them). So I called between those times, finally got a call back and transferred to the supervisor que only to be sent back to the normal service rep que for a call back. Its been over two weeks of this without a resolution. Based on this experience I will most likely never shop or recommend Tempur_pedic again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is firm at first and once you have your head rested for a minute it forms to your head and its amazing! I love my pillow. My wife is having a hard time making the switch but overall I love the pillows.

After I received and started using the symphony pillow, my nights have become much more comfortable and I have no problems staying asleep. Even my lower back pain has started to go away thanks to a pillow. Its like magic. Thank you Tempur-Pedic.

I bought two pillows first for my house in the Florida Keys and it was so an excellent and wonderful experience in all senses that I bought another two for my other house in Miami. I think it is worth it up to the last cent it cost. I really recommend it
