I sleep wonderfully! After waking up in the middle of the night to take pain killers, it feels wonderful to sleep. The pillow was very hard in the beginning, but now it is very comfortable (and still firm!). I fall asleep curled up with the pillow within 10-25 minutes of getting in bed. Are there covers for the pillows?

I bought two symphony pillows after using them for the past several years. The pillows were softer than previous symphony pillows. I waited 2 weeks for the new ones to fully expand, but they crushed very quickly. I was not pleased with them. I called the Temperpedic customer service center to see what could be done. I was told because it was pillows they could do nothing. I told them it seemed like the pillow configuration had changed from the last time I bought symphony pillows. I was told no. They said there was nothing that they could do for me. When I asked to please speak to a supervisor I was told the wait time might take a while. I waited on hold for 80 minutes only to be disconnected before speaking to a supervisor. I have been a loyal customer for 10 years to be treated like this and left on hold for a "supervisor" was just disrespectful.

I bought two Symphony pillows about three months ago and rotate between the two every few weeks. At first I loved them! It supported my neck and I was finally getting a great night sleep without waking up with a headache! I've noticed that both pillows have already lost the firmness already. I flip them over so that one area doesn't get overused but it's still the same. For the quality I expected, I'm disappointed that they didn't stay firm for more than a few months.

Now home working full time on a screen has flared up my neck pain. After receiving this pillow it literally resolved my pain completely with in 48 hours of use. I can not recommend this pillow enough;) It's the best!

I have always had trouble sleeping but this pillow has truly helped in all areas. I can't wait for bed and I feel great getting up in the morning. I was having so much trouble sleeping and now I can't get out of bed... I don't know if that's a good or bad thing.? WOW. I used to get horrible neck pains from normal down pillows. None were the perfect firm/softness. It all started when I got the travel pillow as a present. I take it everywhere and it is omnipresent in my bed. It started my extreme obsession with Temper-peudic. This year for my birthday I got this pillow and my sleep quality has gone steadily up. In other reviews, people complain about its height and firmness. To me, everything about it is perfect. Thanks Temper-peudic!!

I sleep soo much better with this pillow, when I got divorced I left my pillow behind and regretted it after looking for another pillow, 2 years later I found that Tempur Pedic still sold them, I was beyond excited and could not wait for them to be shipped to me, now I sleep like a baby again....Thank you Tempur Pedic.

They are extremely firm and cause me neck pain, I typically sleep with a thinner pillow and this seemed to fit that criteria when reading the description bc of the tapered edge but not at all what I expected. Can't return so stuck with pillows that cannot be used
