[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a side sleeper and for the longest time I couldn't find a pillow with the right firmness to support my head and neck at the optimal comfort angle. I constantly had to adjust a pillow underneath my primary pillow. With this one I just lay down and easily fall asleep. I bought two and will definitely buy again!

Perfect pillow for any sleep position. Love the fact that I could just turn it over & have a different support system to suit my sleep needs. Firm but not too much, it softens over time just like the mattresses. Definitely not a soft pillow, no sinking in. This is a pillow that will last many years & retain its shape. Expensive, yes but you won't be replacing it yearly either.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this pillow because of the sloped shape. If flipped upside down (i.e. shorter end down), it leaves the perfect amount of space for the shoulder to fit under the pillow for side sleepers, which makes it extra comfortable.

I have bought this pillow since it first came out. It used to be a heavy, firm pillow. It is now soft, lightweight foam that does not hold my head up. It sinks to about an inch thick while laying on it. I'm a side sleeper with broad shoulders. Whatever you did to change this was a mistake. It was a wonderful pillow. I've been told by Tempur Pedic that they don't offer another that is as firm as this used to be. This has literally ruined my life.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best pillow I have had. Depending on the day, I sleep in my side, stomach, or back. This adapts for all three. I was waking up with knots and neck pain prior and now that is a thing of the past. It is the perfect balance of firmness and softness simultaneously.

Love this pillow. I sleep on my back half the time and on my side the other half of the time so for me this pillow is perfect. When I sleep on my side I have the pillow on one side and when I roll onto my back I just flip my pillow and it has great support then as well. I have tried other pillows and they just don't have the support that the Symphony pillow gives. I have neck problems and this is the best pillow I have ever found. I always wake up well rested and without neck pain. It's awesome.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a bulging c4 and c5 disk and it's become impossible for me to relax my shoulders. Ordered this pillow because I thought it would provide the support I needed as a side sleeper for my neck. Sadly that has not been the case. I don't dislike the pillow, it's just not the pillow for me. I ordered two different ones. If those don't work I'll be returning all of the pillows. On a search until I find the right one for my needs.

Sleeping on this pillow is like sleeping on a cushioney brick. Overall sleep quality gets a 2 because at least the Cloud Supreme bed makes it possible to sleep well. This pillow is much too "firm" to love. Hopefully the Cloud pillow will fare better with me when I receive it.

I love the feeling of melting into the pillows, yet they're firm enough to hold me in place. One of the best decisions I've made all year.
