We loved our first set of these pillows so much when it was time for new pillows we bought another set. We were sadly disappointed with how soft they were and how quickly they flattened. I wake repeatedly during the night to flip and fluff it. My husband has given up on his already, only a month old, and is on the hunt for a new type of pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I jumped off a four story boat in Guatemala and got a neck injury many years ago and recently got in a car wreck. In between the two, I have some serious neck problems. I can't sleep on any other pillow but a Tempurpedic. In particular, this pillow has a nice angle to it allowing me to sleep on my side or back very nicely. I bring my Tempurpedic pillow anywhere I intend to spend the night at. If your not sleeping, I suggest you invest in your future by investing in this pillow, as well as a Tempurpedic bed. If you sleep better, you age less and do better in life. That is how I justified buying two pillows and a bed. Every day I wake up feeling very well rested and can go about my day with excellent concentration and no pain.

I had high hopes but it doesn't come close to the pillow I bought 10 years ago and I am disappointed. it's still good but would I buy another one ..?? probably not. It is lighter than my old one and collapses much easier leaving my head unsupported. My favorite item still from 2002 I wish they bring back the old standard.

I bought a Tempur pillow several years ago and I was looking to replace it and get one for my husband who was always stealing mine. It was SO plush and you just melted into it as you fell asleep. For the longest time I would wake up with extremely painful ear aches and buying my original Tempur stopped that. But the "Symphony" pillow didn't even come close. It felt stiff and cheap by comparison. Wished I could return it...and would not recommend to others.

I've had the neck pillow for years. I just ordered a new one for myself and got this symphony pillow for my husband. Now I think I'm going to be fighting my husband for this one every night! We are both side and back sleepers and I debated between getting another neck pillow or this one for myself and and I wish I would have gotten us both one of these. The neck pillow is great and definitely supportive, but this one provides the support while being more cozy and comfortable.

I was sick of my cheap memory foam pillows that eventually became pancake flat rocks and I don't like pillows that are too fluffy and cottony. The symphony is perfect because it always springs back to shape and has just the right balance between soft and firm. Try it - you won't regret it!

We recently bought two Tempurpedic "curved sided" pillows and have found that they are significantly better than the pillows that we had been using. The combination of the TempurPedic mattress and pillows is excellent. We wish we had bough the pillows much sooner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the Symphony Pillow set - the sides feature different conturing and adjust to however you sleep (side vs back). I used to wake up with a stiff neck, but all stiffness and pain has subsided since using these pillows.

I usually don't write reviews, but wanted to give my opinion on the pillow in case it might help someone else. Years ago my daughter bought a tempur pedic mattress. It came with pillows (don't know what kind they were), but no one but me liked them. They were like a rock, but when you slept on them they conformed to your head and were very comfortable for me. After many years they wore out so I decided to try the symphony. It did say soft, and that it is. WAY to soft for me. There is basically no support. The pillow is an ok pillow if you like very soft, but you could buy one that felt this way for 1/4 of the price I paid. They can't be returned, so be careful.
